Specific features of the work
of the Training Center
- Work with corporate customers only. We DO NOT run
open trainings.
- Orientation towards long-term collaboration with clients
and implementation of multi-level training programs designed with account
of the customer’s needs.
- Specialization – work with top and middle managers.
- Work mostly on «our territory». The Training
Center allows to accommodate up to 120 people (10 small groups) simultaneously.
- The training process is realized in the form
of short-term intensive trainings (2-5 days).
- Throughout the entire training period the results
are diagnosed, the training programs are appropriately adjusted
and the changes to be introduced in the organization
are monitored and supported.
- Use of active training methods, business and role
games, video-training, use of real problems and situations
as training examples.
