Management Training Center

Official status

The Management Training Center is a state educational institution under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

Status: a state academy of additional professional education. License of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science №4680 of 25.04.2005.

History

The Management Training Center was established in 1986 on the basis of the department of «Scientific Foundations of Management» of Leningrad Polytechnical Institute to improve managers' administrative and human-relations skills.

Since the first day of our existence we have been using intensive technologies of training managerial personnel and providing services in the field of corporate training.

Directions of activities

• development and implementation of corporate training programs;
• problem solving on ensuring higher effectiveness of the company management system;
• scientific researches in problems of the management theory.

Target audience

Our customers are organizations considering and using corporate training as a factor of organizational development. The target audience is top and middle managers.

State-of-the-art

At present the Training Center is:

• unique technologies and training programs;
• 20 full-time teachers;
• a modern training complex for 120 people in Pushkin (a suburb of Saint Petersburg);
• qualified staff;
• high service standards;
